Jane Walker – A Line in Thread

Sheffield artist Jane Walker creates paintings that are augmented with stitch and collage. Her recent work is centred around the coal industry both in South Yorkshire and the Saarland in Germany. Her imagery moves on a sliding scale between abstract and real or imagined places.
