Organized by: The Ropewalk
Sometimes having a spark of an idea is the easy part! How can we produce a piece of writing ( prose, poetry or script ) that blazes with originality and life? How can a writer avoid being cliched or just plain ordinary? Through a series of exercises and prompts, this workshop will be exploring answers to the above questions and looking at how established writers respond to these challenges. Led by local writer Sue Wilsea, participants will be encouraged and supported in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
Hidden History tells of Barton upon Humber's fascinating history through a collection of media including original and authentic photographs, video clips, narration and text.
