Official Proclamation of Accession of King Charles III at St Mary’s Church
The formal Proclamation announcing the death of Queen Elizabeth II and the accession of our new monarch, King Charles III, will be read by Town Mayor Cllr Paul Vickers as part of the Service of Reflection being held on Sunday, September 11, at Barton’s Parish Church, St Mary’s. The service starts at 6pm and all are welcome.
