Barton’s annual Remembrance Day Parade and Service begins outside the Assembly Rooms on Queen Street with those taking part asked to meet at 10am before setting off for the War Memorial on Barrow Road in readiness for a short service at 10.50am followed by the 11am Two Minutes Silence after which wreaths will be laid.

The Parade will then make its way back down to St Mary’s Church on Burgate for a service.
