Barton Bike Night – Saturday, July 8

There’s a change of date for Barton Bike Night this year but the event promises to be better than ever.

For the past 20 years Barton Bike Night, that was started by Mal Bennett, then proprietor of British and Continental Cars on Brigg Road, was held on the first Wednesday of July but this year, for its 21st anniversary, the organising committee has switched the date to  Saturday, July 8.

Town centre roads will be closed after lunchtime, Bike Night officially begins at 4pm and finishes at 9pm.

Attractions include the usual favourites including the vintage and classic bikes on Queen Street, trade stands, displays and much more.

Main Sponsors of the event this year are Barton Town Council, Wren Living, Euronics, Barton Town F.C., Paul Fox Estate Agents,  the Old Mill Pub and  Wheatsheaf.
