Lantern Making Workshops at The Ropewalk

Come along and create a lantern for the town’s Christmas Festival Parade. All the lanterns are made from withies and tissue paper and no experience is necessary. Go on to carry them in the parade. To book call 01652 660380.  Costs £7 per day per child, adults free. www.the-ropewalk.co.uk

ST-ART is also hosting a performance by 154 Collective on Wednesday, October 26, at Ropery Hall starting at 2pm.  Make sure you are ready for loads of joining in as you and Joe together decide what happens in the mega-new, mega-awesome adventure that is perfect for children aged between three and nine years and their grown-ups too!  Tickets cost £7 for adults and £5 for children.

The following afternoon at 3pm ST-ART is screening the film Alice Through The Looking Glass,  the all-new spectacular adventure featuring the unforgettable characters from Lewis Carroll’s beloved stories, Alice returns to the whimsical world of Underland and travels back in time to save the Mad Hatter.  Tickets cost £4 for adults and £3 for under 16s.
