One week to go to Barton’s Heritage Open Days

A  week today (September 7) sees the start of Bartons Heritage Open Days 2017 celebrating the heritage of our town!

Eight venues around Barton are running 14 different events, completely free of charge, for all the family. There’s a Hidden History family trail with costumed characters, guided tours of St. Peter’s Church and Tyrwhitt Hall, a Heritage Film Night at The Ropewalk and much more!

There’s also family trails, guided walks and talks, an archive  film night, a comics event with Desperate Dan illustrator Ken Harrison, storytelling, wildlife spotting and much more!

The open days run from September 7 to September 10.
