Often heard but rarely seen\, the corncrake is best known for its distinctive call\, which can be heard from dusk until dawn during the summer months. These remarkable birds are summer visitors to the UK\, before migrating thousands of miles to spend the winter in central and southern Africa. \nCome along to learn more about corncrake conservation\, their unique habits\, and the efforts being made to protect this remarkable species. \nNo booking necessary\, all welcome.
