SUMMARY:Using the Natural World - Two Day Summer Writing Workshop with Sue Wilsea
DESCRIPTION:This Summer School will use our relationship with the natural world as a starting point\, although over the two days participants will be encouraged to write about whatever they choose in whatever form is preferred (poetry\, prose or script) ‘Art takes Nature as its model’\, so Aristotle said: as he was a chap who seemed to have got a lot of things right\, that’s what we’ll be exploring in this course! \nYou will be sampling a wide mix of prompts and exercises to help you write more creatively and also be looking at examples from other writers (all materials included) Suitable for both absolute beginners and more experienced writers. \nPlease note that a ticket for a talk and book signing by acclaimed novelist Louise Beech on Saturday July 15 is included in the course fee. \n  \n
