Celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, the Civic Society begins its programme of talks and events for 2019 with Recommended Reading.

The town has had more publications published about it than most towns of a similar sixe.  In this panel discussion local researchers discuss their favourite historical period and reveal their favourite Bartoon reads.  Panellists include Dr John Ball, Richard Clarke and Geoff Bryant MBE.

Admission for members is free and for non-members £2
